#nowisnew is a project set up to promote and support young peoples innate capacity for creativity and mental health.

AND when we say health we mean health - not ill health.

We are passionate about spreading the hope found in understanding how life actually works FOR us - not against us.

There are a lot of mental health and wellbeing “solutions” out there - but are we sure we have identified the right problem? What if wellbeing and mental health is not something we need to do? What if we were born with it?

When we feel ok - we do ok…

I want to read the book…
